When our eMoppers go out to do the job, we always ask the client to double-check the end-result when they finish. If something has gone wrong, or the result is not what they expected, we look into the case and ask to send us any photos of the flat/house, to see what the problem was. In practice, this does not always work the way we intended.
A client (we will call them “A”) asked to for a regular cleaning service, that included cleaning the bathroom. eMopper arrived on time, completed the job, and the feedback was (in these exact words) “Brilliant job! Thank you very much!”
Two months go by and we receive a message from the same client in our chat: “Your cleaner was at our place two months ago. I just noticed that the mirror in the bathroom has been shattered. No one else apart from him could have broken it!” So, two months after the cleaning A suddenly “noticed” the damage… And no one apart from our cleaner could have done it… (The fact that there are 6 little kids who live in that flat is of course irrelevant).
